Consists of 90% sheep's milk and 10% goat's milk, has a rich, yet soft sheep's milk flavor. Nice firm and mild feta cheese in brine. Pasteurized product.

(**) The product is manufactured using traditional production methods and state-of-the-art equipment, without any additional chemical or other means other than lactic acid cultivation and the rennet used to curdle the milk.
