Granular rice, red hot cherry peppers, parsley and onions are expertly cooked and wrapped by hand in soft and tender early harvested vine leaves. You can savor this delicious dish by combining it with yoghurt sauce with goat cheese and chopped peppers!

Serving suggestion:

  • Top the warmed dolmas with homemade lemon sauce
  • Combine dolmas with the cool taste of a Greek yoghurt or the mild garlic taste of a Greek tzatziki sauce
  • Enjoy dolmas at room temperature with finely chopped tomatoes
