The Kalamata Paste ‘Spitiko’ is the perfect dip to accompany vegetarian - vegan dishes, salads, fresh vegetables sticks, buffet, banquet, and everyday meals.

As an Olive tapenade condiment, Kalamata Olive Paste ‘Spitiko’ together with Greek goat cheeses, sliced tomatoes and seasoning, can be added into tartines, fresh fillo pastries or mini dough pastries.  It is a gourmet Greek meze. A finger food which stands out alone or added to stew and salads.

Special Healthy Diet Tips:

  1. Prepare a homemade tapenade based on the Kalamon Olive paste Spitiko tangy rich flavor. Mix it with a flavored Gourmet lemon Extra Virgin olive oil, Anchovies, dried Capers, Mediterranean herbs (like thyme, basil, oregano, rosemary), garlic and lemon juice. Serve it with vegetarian kebabs with roasted eggplant pulp, and BIO Natural Pomegranate Juice.
  2. Make the best Olive Cheese Rolls with Kalamata Olive Paste. Mix it with feta and manouri cheese, cherry or sun-dried tomatoes and Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Oregano. Take 2 fresh fillo pastry Beirut for each Roll, spread it with sheep butter, fill each one with the appropriate portion and roll  them. Bake for 20’’ and serve with cold dish plateau like Quinoa Dolmas, Stuffed vine leaves with tricolour quinoa.
