Black Olives "ΕLIA" Spitiko

The Black Olives "ΕLIA" Spitiko are produced by the thousands cooperative members producers of table olives in Greece. A 100% Greek Product of premium quality.

Black Greek olives are one of Greece’s most popular table olive varieties. These olives are known for their purple to black hue, soft meaty texture, and tart, tangy, slightly acidic flavor reminiscent of red wine vinegar.

Like many other famous table olives, Greek Black olives "Elia" Spitiko are harvested by hand in order to protect the delicate fruits from bruising or scarring.

Black Greek olives "ΕLIA" Spitiko are processed in a natural sea salt brine for several months before they develop a medium-soft texture and a tangy, fruity flavor with hints of red wine.

Special Healthy Diet Tips

  1. Serve roasted "Elia" Spitiko Black Olives, garnish with citro / lemon slices and Greek herbs, in crushed bread, spread with olive oil flavored (oregano, thyme, basil).
  2. Chop, or crush, and add them together with carrots and cucumber sticks, onion rings, vegetarian soups, meat or fish stews.
