Passata is obtained from fresh clean ripe tomatoes, has smooth and homogeneous texture, red vibrant colour and intense tomato flavour and aroma.

Made solely from natural and no genetically modified or transgenetic tomatoes (99% tomato, 1% salt, 0.1% citric acid). With no allergens, no preservatives, no taste aromas or color agents, no additives. The product is also gluten-free. Suitable for Kosher, Halal and Vegetarean dishes.
