SANTOCALDERA Tomato Paste
Tomato Paste of Santorini remains a Santorini staple. Tomato paste is obtained from fresh clean ripe tomatoes, has smooth and homogeneous texture, red vibrant colour and intense tomato flavour and aroma.
Made solely from natural and no genetically modified or transgenetic tomatoes (99% tomato, 1% salt, 0.1% citric acid). With no allergens, no preservatives, no taste aromas, no color agents, no additives. The product is also gluten - free. Suitable for Kosher, Halal and Vegetarean dishes.
Tomato paste can be either Cold or Hot Break, and depending on specifications concentration ranges from 28 to 38 brix.
