From 100% Greek Tomatoes. Pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes is obtained from fresh clean ripe tomatoes, has harsh homogeneous texture, red vibrant colour and intense tomato flavour and aroma.
Made solely from natural and no genetically modified or transgenetic tomatoes (99% tomato, 1% salt, 0.1% citric acid). With no allergens, no preservatives, no taste aromas or color agents, no additives.
The product is also gluten-free. Suitable for Kosher, Halal and Vegetarean dishes.
Pizza sauce is usually Hot break with concentration from 10 to 20 brix and is available with or without spices.
